My Approach

My Approach offers an eight stage method to help individuals overcome their anxiety and depression. Utilizing a combination of evidence-based practices and cognitive-behavioral techniques, I help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to their anxiety and depression, ultimately leading them to a more fulfilling and anxiety-free life. These Eight Stages will assist you in removing your Anxiety and stabilizing your depression. When you purchase my book you are able to attend Anxiety Introduction group. Based on my book I am offering online groups for each stage of the work.

Individual Session

Ms. Herd will be offering individual sessions at the cost of $175 for 45 minute session. Please send Ms. Herd a note for an individual session.

Group Sessions

Ms. Herd will be offering group sessions at the cost of $80. We will meet online in small groups to go through any challenges you have at each stage. Each group is 1 hour.
